The Mem-K is the symbol of Meoros Kashrus. It is under the leadership of Rav Yochai Eliyohu Friedman a Talmid of Gatehead, BMG Lakewood and Mir Erets Yisroel and now a Rosh Mesivta. Still every step is only taken under the guidance of the Gedolim and all supervisions are done by world renowned experts.

Mission Statement

We strive to provide two levels of Kashrus:

1. Schechita and products under our supervision are strictly Kosher
2. Kitchen within the home should also be strictly Kosher

To guarantee all our products are Mehadrin, we only employ experts recommended by Gedolim. It is under their advice that we provide Smicha Shiurim in order to ensure the homes' kitchens are strictly Kosher. Would it make sense to look for the best Kashrus and cook it in questionable pots? Obviously no, therefore our mission is to help kashrus on both ends.

In the near future, Meoros is looking to provide meat and products together with Lakewood Local Kashrus.
